Consider what you have observed and learned about your mentor or other employees at your site, and reflect on your own academic & professional preparation.
I have learned so much over the past month, I have talked a lot about personal growth and confidence, it is a reoccurring trend in all my reflections on this experience. My mentor taught me so much more than skills that are valuable in the work force, she taught me how to be a valuable individual in the work force. This has and will continue to help me so much as I progress into senior year and then into college and life. The professionalism I have picked up from her is something I will continue to emulate when applying for jobs, internships, and schools in the future. This internship as a whole has prepared me more for how life will be like when I am done with high school and move onto a serious academic career.

Links to your final product Dr. Collins website A description of why the project was important This project was important because not only did it help me build valuable skills such as website design and logo design, but it also taught me how to properly build a face for a professional, which is a skill that many people look to hire people to do. With these skills I have learned, I am able to better prepare myself for the workforce and again, create opportunities of work for myself. A description of the process you went through to complete the project To kick off the project, my first assignment was to get familiar with Square Space, a website design company, and learn how to work it. It took me some time but eventually I was ready to actually begin with Dr. Collins's website. The website in total 29 hours to do, mostly because I was researching backgrounds, aesthetics, fonts, and layouts. I went through many drafts until I felt satisfied with the final product--a simple yet modern site the reflected Dr. Collins's style and research. Link to POL Slide Presentation
